fat burning workout plans
I love doing a variety of different workouts as I tend to get bored quite easily.
You want to stay in your fat burning zone for a continuous 30 to 45 minutes. To calculate target heart rate take 220 subtract your age and then multiply by 60 to 70 percent to find your fat burning zone.
One of the best fat burning workout plans I have used is to simply go for a walk.
Now the calories burned by walking are not that great but more will come from fat if you sat in the zone. The other part of this workout is that I am lucky enough to have adjustable dumbbells. So I take 25 or 30 pounds in each hand and away I go.
I will do biceps curls or shoulder presses while I am walking. This will elevate my heart rate but I can walk slower when needed to really blast the fat.
This is one of the best workout routines for toning that I have used. It really does become an incredible full body workout routine and a total body workout.
Plus, if you use this, you are outside getting some fresh air. Find a slight incline for even more of a workout. I find that I do have to do cardio everyday to help keep my body fat levels down. Hope this helps.
