Bosu Ball Training
For Muscle Building and Fat Loss

Bosu ball training is just one of the proven methods of training to maximize your weight loss, fat loss and muscle building efforts.

Bosu ball workouts and exercises recruit more muscle fiber and force you to workout so that you are utilizing and strengthening core muscles.

What is a Bosu ball

Take a look at the image and it will certainly help explain things. Think of a stability ball cut in half with a stable, flat bottom. You can do various Bosu ball exercises with the Bosu either bouncy side down, or bouncy side up. It is wonderfully versatile!

Any floor exercises and workouts or any traditional cable workouts that you would be typically see people doing in a gym setting can be modified into a bosu ball exercise.

I have been loving my Beach Body P90X workouts.

The P90X workouts are amazing. Of course one could argue that any workout videos are good and get results if you stay with it. Of course your fitness nutrition plan is even more important than your bosu ball exercise or any other workouts.

As noted fitness trainer and author Tom Venuto says, "you can't out train a bad diet."

What I really like about doing bosu ball training is that you need to use your balance and this is an excellent way to strengthen the muscles that support your spine and while balancing it is also connecting your upper and lower body muscles in a meaningful way.

We all tend to focus on one area of the body and then on another area of the body when exercising. Bosu ball training forces the muscles from the different parts of our body to talk to each other instead of watching while the other is working.

Bosu Ball Training Workout Benefits

Here are some of the benefits you can expect from incorporating Bosu training.

  • Up to 10x muscle more muscles are working in comparison with the regular version of the same exercise
  • You need to use your brain to stimulate core muscles to help you adapt to balancing on the Bosu.
  • The extra muscle stimulation will make sure that calorie burn is going to be higher for longer
  • The muscles that assist with joint stability are being constantly stimulated

Clearly, BOSU Balance Trainer is a versatile piece of equipment and you should consider using it as part of your workout routine. I know I will be.
