  • Eat breakfast. This will jumpstart you metabolism and give you energy.

  • Eat a small meal every 2 to 3 hours. Again this keeps your metabolism going and keeps blood sugar levels in check.

  • Have some protein with every meal.

  • The only liquid you are drinking is water. Aim for 100 ounces(3 liters), or more per day.

  • Watch your sodium levels. Absolutely no more than 200mg per meal.

  • Eat your veggies. You cannot go wrong. Vegetables have fiber, are a clean carbohydrate and provide vitamins. Try to have some with every meal.

  • If it was not on the planet 2500 years ago you do not eat it.
