I have a challenge for you. I am challenging you to go a full day without reading or hearing anything about health, fitness, weight loss, dieting, or how fat and inactive you are. It is damn near impossible. It seems that just about every day you even watch or listen to the news there is a story about how fat or obese we are as a society. Or how fat and inactive our kids are. Or what city has the most obese people. Eat more of this,eat less of that. Drink this, don't drink that. Hell, if Oprah told us she was on a dirt diet people would be in their backyards with their heads buried in a pile of the stuff.
