As soon as the human mind thinks it must do something it seems that we no loner want to do it. Mow the grass. Nope, I'd rather watch baseball. Clean out the attic. Nope, I'd rather go swimming. You get the idea.
You must change your way of thinking to want to do these things. Simply make the choice to do it. You can choose to do it or you can choose not to. When you choose to start, you will.
