The mind is the most powerful tool you have in the battle to lose fat and achieve success. And this takes dedication and training of the subconscious mind as well as the training of the body. There are so many workouts and exercises that a person could do. One of the best approaches a person can implement into their workout routine is HIIT or High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT training is a very high intensity phase of training immediately followed by a lower intensity/recovery phase. You can perform your interval training in many ways, and you should use variety to keep it interesting. You can perform it on a stationary bike, stairmaster, mountain bike, local track, with weights, etc. Change it up often.
The intense part in HIIT is anaerobic and then the less intense part is aerobic as your body is trying to hard recover.
HIIT training is hands down the best way to burn fat without causing the body to catabolize(eat) muscle tissue.
It takes major mental and physical dedication to incorporate this type of training into your exercise routine but again this goes back to your subconscious mind. See yourself as successful. Visualize yourself performing HIIT workouts and having the physique you want.
Wanting to lose weight quickly is a slippery slope. We often look for quick solutions which is not the best approach. Train your mind, include some HIIT workouts, and be patient. The results you want will be achieved. In time.
