Foods Increase Testosterone Naturally

Testosterone is derived from cholesterol. There's no other way for your body to produce it naturally. So if you're skimping on cholesterol you can be certain you're short-changing one of your body's most powerful muscle-building hormones.

A testosterone diet should be rich in beef, other red meats, whole eggs, cheese, oysters, salmon and other fish. There are also high testosterone food items that are not considered meats. Beans are an ideal part of the testosterone increasing diet with their high zinc content. Nuts are also high in zinc and are a good dietary inclusion.

You don't want to go overboard with testosterone boosting foods. Just include more of them as part of a clean, healthy eating plan. Drink a minimum of a gallon of water per day and consume vegetables with every meal.

Suffering from low testosterone symptoms can be a bit embarrassing. Men are supposed to be muscular, strong and sexual. The keys to increase testosterone naturally is to eat like a man (be a carnivore), lift heavy weights, and get enough sleep. You'll feel like a teenager all over again.
