choice.
I choose to be positive. That said, I still have to work at it daily. One of the techniques I have discovered is to use positive self affirmations. Affirmations are a statement asserting the existence or the truth of something. Positive self affirmations are statements made by you about yourself that are positive. We must train our brain to help create a powerful positive mindset. It can be done. Do you have the motivation to make these changes? First of all we need to set some guidelines to help us on our way. When done properly, these positive self affirmations can tap into the limitless power of your subconscious mind. 1. Create your affirmation in present tense. You are a positive person now. Today. The future always stays in the future. 2. Use only positive words. Indulge yourself in the moment as your affirmation sinks in. Replace any negative self talk with positive words. 3. Keep your affirmation short and specific.Focus on one small aspect at a time. 4. Repetition of your affirmation. This will help your belief sink into your subconscious. What you believe you will become. 5. Do them First thing in the morning or last thing at night. Your mind is both more open and relaxed. 6. Meditate. Before, during and after. To help you focus on the affirmation. 7. Use Music. Music serves as a tool to amplify your emotions. When positive affirmations are charged with positive emotions, it can produce amazing end results. 8. Reminders. Write your affirmations on post its. put them on the bathroom mirror, the refrigerator, the cupboards, in your car, in your office. Constant reminders are a valuable tool for reflecting the positive qualities that you already possess, or have achieved When done regularly and by using the guidelines above, you will start to see changes in both your attitude and in regards to your own self esteem.
