The power of positive self talk cannot be overlooked when it comes to weight loss and weight loss motivation tips.
We all have scripts that run through our brain all day long. These scripts are thoughts that define who we are to ourselves. They are how we define who we are, and often these scripts are unfortunately negative and self-limiting.
Over time and after repeating the same behaviors we learn that we are not in charge of many aspects of our life. We are often late, or forgetful, or in a bad relationships, disorganized, not well with money, unable to handle pressure, or unable to get in shape. It can go as far as not believing that we deserve love and to be in a good relationship.
You literally have to reprogram your thinking. Now this is not a quick or easy task. It does not happen in a few days, but over time in the same manner that you will get in shape by working out, you can get your mind on a better and stronger path.
Say these out loud 3 times each when you first wake up and then again before you go to bed. Believe it. Since I have been using this technique my life has changed. I feel so much more positive about my life and my body. And so will you.
