Programming the subconscious mind to form new eating and exercise habits should be included as an important part of your best weight loss plan. As in the above quote, if you think you can't, it will stop you from succeeding. If you think you can, it will drive you to success.

You will change your thinking by training the brain to think differently and you will do that by how you talk to yourself.

If you want to change your body you have to change how you eat. Therefore you have to change how you feel about yourself; which means you have to change how you think.

  • You are what you think!

  • How I feel about myself is determined by how I think.

  • How I eat is a reflection about how I feel about myself.

You have to train your brain to help you in how to cultivate a positive attitude.

After all, you do get to choose your attitude and it starts as soon as you open your eyes each and every day.

Tapping Into Your Subconscious and Weight Loss

Your subconscious mind is ever present. Your inner voice is speaking to you constantly. You should recognize this and embrace it. You need to be programming the subconscious as part of your best weight loss plan.

The obstacle you face when we work on changing the body is that you only focus on your body. Even when you change your body, your thinking has not changed and you return to the same old behavior that is reflective of your thinking. This means you return to eating the way you always have; and you then regain the weight.

Today you start changing your thinking.

Start today by repeating the following affirmations out loud three times every morning when you wake up:

  • I love my body!

  • I am changing my eating habits and making a better life for myself!

You will tell yourself that you are having a great day! Why? Because you are!! It really is as simple as that. You get to choose your attitude.

This is the first in a series of self improvement exercises that you will be performing. You are going to start to take responsibility for your life and the decisions you choose to make. You still have to put in the effort to make this happen.

You have to form new habits. The old ones are just not working for you too well. That is why you are reading this.

You don't have the time to form new habits? Yeah, yeah. You hear so called experts saying that it takes this many days to form a habit.

I would argue that you can form a habit in a blink. As soon as you think it, it is done. You are programming the subconscious mind. The mind is the most powerful supercomputer ever created. Don't doubt it, just think it. Then do it.

I want you to understand that you can decide anything you want. You can have the life you want. But you need to not only do the work but also make a mental commitment to change. It's all within your reach.

You are going to put the effort in, so don't just hope to make a change, start deciding right now that you are going to make a change. You are programming the subconscious with every thought you have. This will create powerful weight loss motivation for you to achieve the weight loss goals you have desired.
